Introduction
The Lehigh Valley Emergency Services Conference planning committee invites you to participate in the 3rd Annual Lehigh Valley Emergency Services Conference. Previous conference has brought in emergency preparedness and emergency services professionals from all sectors of government. We are expecting up to 300 participants in our growing conference from all over the state and North East region. This is a great opportunity for you to enhance your education and knowledge in the emergency services field. This event will provide you an excellent chance to interact with key decision makers from Pennsylvania’s Task Force Regions, County EMA Coordinators, Communications/9-1-1 Centers, Local Emergency Planning Committees, Special Operations Teams, emergency volunteers, government officials, school officials and health care organizations.

Conference Dates and Location
April 3rd, 4th, & 5th 2025 at DeSales University in Center Valley PA in the University Center Building. Hours of operation will be from 0800-1600 each day.

Participants are responsible for all cost’s associated with their accommodations, travel and food. Breakfast and lunch will be provided at the conference.

Terms & Conditions
Cancellation or Relocation of Conference in the event that we must cancel or relocate the conference due to circumstances beyond our control, the Lehigh Valley Emergency Services Conference committee will have no liability of any kind.
Smoking Policy: No smoking is allowed in the DeSales University’s University Center. You must exit the building to smoke.
Participant Conduct: All exhibitors and their guests are expected to maintain courteous and professional conduct during the symposium.
