Does The Lehigh Valley Emergency Services Conference Offer an Early Bird Registration Discount.

All attendee fees are $25. There is no early bird fee for attendees. There is a charge of $200 (early bird) for vendors. $250 regular rate.  

When Can I Reserve My Hotel Room At The Spring Hill Suites by Marriot?

The conference does not have a room block at any particular hotel but we recommend this hotel that is nearby. :

  • Hotel Check-In: 3:00PM

When do I have to wear my Conference Issued ID Badge?

All registered Conference Attendees, Exhibitors, will need to display their conference issued ID Badge anytime they are participating in a conference function (i.e., sessions, breakfast, lunch, or social events) Those without an ID badge will not be admitted. Additionally, your ID badge is encoded with a barcode that is utilized to capture data for continuing education tracking.

Will I be able to register for Conference attendance the day of the event opening?

Yes, Registrations will be accepted by credit card only, at our registration kiosk.

I Am An Out Of State EMS Practitioner, Am I Entitled To Continuing Education Credits?

The Lehigh Valley Emergency Services Conference will provide you with a transcript of all educational sessions that you attended, this transcript can then be forwarded to your local - state EMS office for consideration of credits.

What Is The Lehigh Valley Emergency Management Conference Refund Policy?

Cancellation or Relocation of Conference: if we must cancel or relocate the conference due to circumstances beyond our control, the Lehigh Valley Emergency Services Conference committee will have no liability of any kind.

Cancellation by Participant: 50% of the full fees are refunded for cancellations received in writing by January 1st, 2026. Cancellations received after January 1st 2026 are not refundable.

Are Meals Included with My Conference Registration?

Through the generous support of our conference sponsors and vendors, most meals are covered with your conference registration. A light breakfast and lunch will be provided both days of the conference.

Where on the DeSales University Campus is the conference?

The conference is being held in the University Center Building.
