Vendor’s and Sponsors are responsible for all cost’s associated with their accommodations, travel and food. LV EM Conference does not provide an honorarium and all presentations must be “pro bono.”

What’s included: 8’x10’ space (approx) with table and 2 chairs. Choice of either inside or outside booth. Electricity hook-up is not provided. Exhibit Space ID placard. If outdoor space is chosen you may bring a vehicle and equipment to display near your vehicle. Bringing a raffle item is encouraged to raffle off at your booth at the end of the event. Please mail or hand deliver any promotional items you would like included in the conference tote bag given to all attendees.

Terms & Conditions
Application: The online application must be immediately accompanied by a credit card payment via our website. Payment in full must be made at the time of registration by March 14, 2025 before a booth assignment will be issued. Booth assignments will be made on a first come first serve basis. No booths will be allowed to be set up unless payment is received. A late registration fee of $100 will be assessed for any registrations received after March 14 2024 and your company will not be included in the conference packet. If you are unable to pay with a credit card, checks can be made payable to the “Lehigh Emergency Services Training Academy” and mailed to 640 W Hamilton St, 8th Floor, Allentown PA 18101.
Agreement to Conditions: Upon the acceptance of the sponsorship and exhibitor application the exhibiter agrees to abide by the terms and conditions listed.
Cancellation or Relocation of Conference In the event that we must cancel or relocate the conference due to circumstances beyond our control, the Lehigh Valley Emergency Services Conference committee will have no liability of any kind. You will receive a full refund in the event this happens.
Cancellation by Exhibitor: 50% of the full fees are refunded for cancellations received in writing by January 1, 2025. Cancellations received after January 1, 2025 are not refundable.
Smoking Policy: No smoking is allowed in the DeSales University’s Center. You must exit the building to smoke.
